Leadership

The business affairs of this organization shall be managed by a Board of Directors (subject to and in accordance with the New Testament teachings) of not less than three (3) and not more than five (5) members. The spiritual interest and advancement of all departments, works, and functions of the church shall be upheld and promoted by the Board and in cooperation with the evangelist(s) or minister(s) and subject to the New Testament, the Board will have general management of all the work of the church.

Board of Directors are as follow:

Chairman  – Oversee all powers necessary as may be reasonably construed as belonging to the Chairman of any organization.

Vice-Chairman – In the absence or inability of the chairman to exercise his office, shall become acting Chairman of the organization with all the rights, privileges and powers as if he had been the duly elected Chairman.

Secretary – Keep the minutes and records of the organization in appropriate books and files; file any documents required by law with state and federal agencies, be the official custodian of the records and seal of the organization; be one of the officers required to sign checks and drafts of the organization; attend to all correspondence of the organization and exercise all duties incidental to the office of Secretary.

Corresponding Secretary – Writes personalized thank you notes and does other forms of outreach to show appreciation to guest speakers or special guests of the community, capture meeting notes or other official meeting documentation requested by Secretary.

Treasurer – Has the care and custody of all monies belonging to the organization, be responsible for such monies, and be one of the officers who shall sign checks and drafts of the organization. The Treasurer shall provide a report of financial transactions and accounts whenever requested by the Board of Directors. The report is physically affixed to the minutes for the monthly Board of Directors meeting.
